TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All preliminary sketches, illustrations, designs or mock-ups provided will be charged for separately, but will be included in the total cost. If the proposed artwork project is terminated at any stage of development subsequent to the agreement of said artwork project the Client will still be charged for any preliminary work provided thus far.

A deposit is required prior to the start date of proposed artworks. The artist 'Kayde Middleton' retains the right to request fifty (50) percent of the full payment prior to commencing the proposed artworks, with the remaining fifty (50) percent to be paid no later than 30 days from the artworks completion date.

Any additional adjustments or add-ons to artwork requested, suggested or decided upon subsequent to the relevant agreed project quotation or start date of work will incur additional costs appropriate to the time and labour required, regardless of how minimal the additional work may be.

Ownership of work only includes the final, deliverable artwork, and not any preliminary work including but not limited to, sketches, words, pictures, ideas, visuals, videos and illustrations unless specifically released in writing, provided payments are made in full within a timely fashion. This does not apply to AI artworks and original stock images used for mock-up purposes that retain any stock image watermarks. Kayde Middleton reserves all rights to intellectual property of all deliverable artworks and preliminary work.

Kayde Middleton is not responsible for any injury, damage to property, or other harm resulting from the misuse of materials, accidents, irresponsible behaviour, or failure to follow safety guidelines during workshops. Participants attend at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.
